Appointments

You can book online through our appointments page, call us at (780) 784-9565, or walk in during clinic hours for same-day, non-emergency care. Online requests are confirmed by our team by phone or email.
Please bring your valid Alberta Health Care card, government-issued photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. New patients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete registration.
Absolutely. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated missed appointments without notice may incur a fee, as permitted under Alberta guidelines.

Walk-Ins

Yes. We welcome walk-ins for non-emergency concerns during clinic hours. Wait times vary with demand, so we recommend arriving early or calling ahead when possible.
For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms or any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For urgent but non-emergency advice, call Health Link at 811.

Insurance & Billing

Most medically necessary visits are fully covered by the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP). Simply present a valid Alberta Health card at each visit. Some services, such as certain forms, notes and travel consultations, are uninsured and carry a fee, which we always explain in advance.
Please let our front desk know when you arrive. We'll advise you on coverage and any applicable fees before your appointment.

Prescriptions

Ask your pharmacy to fax a renewal request to us, or book a short medication review, especially for new or changing prescriptions. Please allow up to two business days. For your safety, controlled medications require an in-person visit.

Medical Records

Submit a signed written request at reception or by mail. In accordance with Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA), records are typically provided within 30 days. An administrative fee may apply for copying or transferring records.

Clinic Policies

Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. Please book a new patient visit online or call us to get started.
Your personal and health information is handled in strict accordance with Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA) and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
